WHAT WE PROVIDE
Our Services
Living Together Healthcare is a 24-hour enhanced CQC registered supported living service. We offer care and support for adults 18-65 who have complex and enduring mental health conditions, who are preparing to live independently. We provide a safe haven for individuals who have been discharged from mental health hospitals and provide intermediate care and accommodation in a home from home co-living environment. Our ambition is to empower individuals with long-term mental health conditions to receive specialist care and support in a supported therapeutic home environment.
Supportive Living For Adults with Mental Health Needs
Our Living Together Healthcare professionals work alongside the individual, to identify and remove barriers causing extended stays in hospital. They will have support from care staff to prevent readmission to ensure independence is managed in the long term whilst supporting timely hospital discharge
Overcoming Eating Disorders
We understand the challenges of eating disorders and provide specialized care in a supportive environment. Our commitment is to empower individuals on their journey to recovery, focusing on physical and emotional well-being.
